OVERALL: Draw
The US release has a proper transfer of the film in the original 1.33:1 aspect ratio with a Japanese stereo track.
The German release has a proper transfer of the film in PAL with Japanese 5.1 and the original Japanese mono, but uses a cropped 1.78:1 transfer.
The US release has an audio commentary but lacks the original Japanese audio and uses an NTSC to PAL transfer.
Note this is an OVA (original video animation) and the original aspect ratio is 1.33:1. -
