The UK Arrow Video release and US LE have both the theatrical and director's cuts and an array of contextual material. Do note, the 2023 Scream Factory release features a 4K transfer for the theatrical version.
The Clive Barker self-released Blu-ray exclusively has The Cabal Cut with exclusive extras.
Three versions are known to exist:
