The UK limited and special edition releases have a 4K restoration, two cuts of the film, an alternate score option, a commentary, as well as new and archival extras.
Do note the 2022 US has an exclusive second commentary.
The German and French releases have some exclusive extras but they are not English-friendly.

The film was an Italian/American/Spanish co-production so the US cut is the version for all English territories and is not considered cut compared to the Italian version as they both incorporate some alternate takes and angles.
