OVERALL: Draw
The Austrian 2-disc release has both the extended version and the theatrical version with 5.1 tracks, but only bonus trailers as extras.
The US release has the most extras. Note the 2 mins of footage cut for the film's HK theatrical release is included as deleted scenes.

The film was cut (by approx. 2 mins) in Hong Kong for its theatrical release, and it's this version that has been distributed across the world.

- R0 CAT III Series #3 Austria- Illusions Unlimited - No cuts - Includes the extended version (96:21 PAL) and the HK theatrical 'Cat III' version (94:08 PAL).
- R0 Limited Edition Germany- 84 Entertainment - No cuts - extended version (96:21 PAL).
- R0 Holland- Mo Asia / Japan Shock - Yes - Though this has "category III" rating in Hong Kong, there seem to be some minor trims (some seconds). There's a brief shot of a head being severed from a body missing, and the scene of Cheung Lau urinating on Anthony Wong's face is curtailed by a second or so. These were originally removed from the Hong Kong theatrical edition (97:44 NTSC).
