Vinegar Syndrome for the new transfer of the most complete version and extras.

The Troma disc transfers are upscaled.

Note there are multiple versions of the film:
- Longest Version (96 mins)
- Ultimate Final Cut - Has all gore and all dialogue intact (90 mins)
- Dutch version - Has all gore, but there are three scenes of dialogue removed (85 mins)
- US Version (R-rated Director’s cut) – Cuts has been made to gore scenes but all dialogue scenes are intact (89 mins)
- 2011 Producer's Cut (69 mins) with major cuts to the opening, 2.35:1 matting, stereo sound, and extensive color correction.

CUTS:

• Blu-ray ALL America- Troma - Includes two versions:
  - New Producer's Cut (69:27/69:46) on the Blu-ray only.
  - US Version - R-rated Director’s cut – Cuts has been made to gore scenes, but all dialogue scenes are intact. (Note that the removed scenes are included as "Censored Scenes") (88:24 NTSC)
• Blu-ray ALL America- Vinegar Syndrome - No cuts - includes the longest version (95:45) and the R-rated U.S. version (88:35 NTSC)
• Blu-ray ALL Australia- Troma - New 2011 producer's cut (68:27/69:46, see notes) - there is a lengthy interval of black screen between the logo and titles (which have been replaced), and the opening act of the film has been recut to speed up the pace. The image has also been recolored and reframed at 2.35:1 (to block out Dutch subtitles on the analog video master).
