OVERALL: Draw
The U.S. release is in 1080i/60 and looks like an SD upscale (it's still worth noting that based on the IMDB the mini-series was shot on Super 16). We haven't fully confirmed the German specs, but the sources list "1080p".
IMDB also list the UK running time as 240 min.
