One deleted scene is only available in Italian-language prints. This scene is discussed in the comparison feature, but is not included on the disc (86:37 NTSC).

- R0 Special Edition Italy- Ripley's Home Video - No Cuts - Longer Italian version. Restores one scene: Barbara Steele character is talking with her father outside the house where they live. Before, this was intercut between the one where a little girl reluctantly goes milking a cow. Now, the outside scene segues into that set piece where Steele is playing a melody on the piano while her brother cleans his shot gun and their father is sitting by the fireplace.
