88 Films has lossless audio, an additional commentary, and a number of additional extras while the Region A has the vintage premiere featurette.
Both transfers use the same HD master. When HBO borrowed the negatives to make their TV master, they returned it without the first reel, which had to be replaced for the new master with the reel from the original answer print. -
