R0 VIP (NTSC) Swiss release, and the R1 Image US, German Special Edition releases are the winners here with the best set of extras, anamorphic transfers, and uncut status.
The R2 UK and the R4 releases are missing the listed "deleted scene" (& bonus trailer, and additional audio-tracks/subs), and the R2 Scandinavian release is missing the audio commentary but adds an additional interview.
