The Region 1 release has additional extra features, but R2 UK/R4 Australia have the "JFK joke", which has been censored from the R1. Since R2 UK/R4 are still slightly censored, R1 is the winner.

Note that in R1, Season 1 has 7 episodes, and Season 2 has 21 episodes. In R2 UK/R4, each season has 14 episodes, with a different arrangement of episodes.

CUTS:

• R1 Volume 1 America- Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment - Yes - A few substitutions/cuts have been made (thanks for the Rewind user Class316 for this info):
  -Episode "Chitty Chitty Death Bang" (episode 3 on season 1): At the end of the episode, when Stewie makes a wish, he's told he can wish for anything he wants in the whole world. So he thinks of marching and "seig heil" chants. In the DVD, the "seig heil" is muted.
  -Episode "A Hero Sits Next Door" (episode 5 on season 1): The "JFK Pez dispenser -joke" is gone.
• R2 United Kingdom- Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment - Yes - One substitution has been made (thanks for the Rewind user Class316 for this info):
