OVERALL: Draw
The Discotek R1 has a commentary track and multiple English versions of the film.
The Manga R1 SE, Optimum R2, and Madman R4 have the complete storyboards and other extras including an interview.
Note also that the French SE and UE includes a commentary track and interviews but no English subs.
The Japanese R2 release has a good transfer and nice extras. However:
– None of the extras contain English subtitles.
– English subtitles for the Japanese release are "dubtitles", from the old 1980s Carl Macek dub (this dub was way off from the original script, adding extra dialogue). -
