The US Code Red 30th AE for the complete version of the film (with 2 widescreen versions and the original full screen version) and great set of extras.
The UK 88 Films release has the uncut version with its own exclusive extras.
The UK Anchor Bay has DTS and Dolby 5.1 mixes (along with the original mono) but only features the R-Rated version.

General Notes:
There are many different cuts of this film. Most versions are missing most of the bloody moments, but there are also longer dialogue sequences in some cut versions than in other uncut prints. The longest version that is commonly available on VHS (and now on DVD from Code Red), runs about 99 minutes.

• R0 3-Disc Edition Germany- Astro Records & Filmworks - Yes for the Blu-ray. In addition, the original 21st Century Distribution Corp. logo is missing (98:54). The DVD copy however appears to be uncut (99:21 NTSC-PAL).
• R0 United Kingdom- 88 Films - No cuts. Uncut Version (95:01 PAL).
• R0 United Kingdom- Screen Entertainment - These scenes were cut comparing to the uncut version (running times are refering to the UK DVD):
  -00:07:58: Dream sequence of George: Although this version INCLUDES the aforementioned shot of the boy hitting the headless torso with his axe, a SECOND whack to the torso is still missing. About 3 sec.
  -00:16:21: George in the "peep-show": Dream sequence shots are missing.
  -00:26:17: George murders the woman: Few shots are missing, including a close-up of a throat-slashing and stabbing in the stomach. About 8 sec.
  -00:26:33: George murders the woman: About 5 seconds of cuts.
  -00:27:04: George murders the woman: A bloody "hand licking" etc is cut. About 6 sec.
  -01:21:38: The hammer murder: George hits the woman two times more in the back. Close-ups, and other shots missing. About 9 sec.
  -01:23:54: C.J. shoots George at first time: Shots missing, about 47 sec.
  -01:27:47: C.J. shoots George with the rifle: The second shot on the leg is is cut. About 1 sec.
  -01:31:11: The "final nightmare": George hits a woman on the back. About 3 sec. of shots missing.
  -01:31:38: The "final nighmare": Missing is a close-up of the father's head spewing frothy blood from his axe wound. About 4 sec.
