The film exists in two versions:
(1.) The original premiere version from the 1957 Cannes Film Festival that had the seven-minute "man with a sack" sequence; Fellini's director's cut (118 minutes NTSC = 113 minutes PAL).
(2.) The original theatrical version that had the "man with a sack" sequence removed after the premiere (111 minutes NTSC = 107 minutes PAL). -
