The only decent English friendly release is the R2 UK release, it is uncut and has some minor extras though it's non-anamorphic

The new re-mastered HK Mei Ah disc includes an anamorphic transfer, DTS sound and some extras, though only the film is subtitled and the film is cut.

The choice is yours as to what is more important.
