OVERALL: Blu-ray B
The UK release for the lossless (original Mono) audio and extras. Do note, the US release has 5.1 sound (although it's lossy and is high pitched, see notes) and an additional episode (which aired as the season 5 finale in the US) but the opening theme to the episodes is cut.
