In terms of extras, the US and UK releases have additional webisodes (although note they are encoded as 1080i50 on the UK disc), whilst the German release has an additional featurette.
In terms of the cuts used, the US and German releases appear to use the producer's cuts, whilst the UK release uses the UK broadcast versions (the same shots as the US broadcast versions, but without the optical censorship/blurring used in scenes with sex/nudity). -
