Between the re-released R1 New Line 'Platinum Series' and R2 Japan 'Ultimate Edition', UK 10 Year Anniversary Edition. Not only do they include a DTS-ES track but also the best selection of extras including a new commentary. Do note the R1 release also includes some DVD-ROM Features.

The German BMG release has a few exclusive extras, and the Dutch, Scandinavian and UK releases all have B-Roll footage exclusive to those releases.

A fan of the film may consider either of these releases, otherwise the choice is yours as to what is more important.
