Notes:Packaged in a Mediabook case.
Initial pressing was faulty in that the Blu-ray version had English and German mono tracks. A replacement was manufactured and if ordered from Amazon.de the corrected disc is taped to the outside of the cellophaned packaging. The DVD in the mediabook was unaffected and had the correct stereo tracks. -
