OVERALL: Draw

Kino Lorber has a commentary but is a shorter cut than originally released here on DVD but it does include deleted scenes. The Austrian release has two cuts and a few exclusive extras.

GENERAL NOTES:
As with Franco's other films, this film exists in a number of versions:
- Spanish version (~90 mins with extended opening and no nudity);
- French non-erotic version;
- French erotic version with nude insert during the first murder, a version of the striptease with topless footage, and an arbitrarily inserted sequence of another victim getting out of a bath before being murdered;
- American telvision version (same as the non-erotic version with a different title sequence and some footage from the Spanish version).

CUTS:

• Blu-ray A America- Kino Lorber - Yes (84:11), this may be the original French release version as it cuts short the first attack (which featured a double for the actor playing the attacker whose face is clearly glimpsed in the mirror of the complete sequence before a cutaway to the original actor and then a nude insert of the victim) as well as the bathtub murder which was inserted rather randomly into the longer version (during a time when the attacker was not under the control of his master). The alternate erotic footage reel is the same as the DVD releases and does not include this other footage (which may have been inserted back by Eurocine when the SD master was struck and then forgotten when the HD master of the same body of the film was struck).
• Blu-ray A Canada- Kino Lorber - Yes (84:11), this may be the original French release version as it cuts short the first attack (which featured a double for the actor playing the attacker whose face is clearly glimpsed in the mirror of the complete sequence before a cutaway to the original actor and then a nude insert of the victim) as well as the bathtub murder which was inserted rather randomly into the longer version (during a time when the attacker was not under the control of his master).
