The film exists in two versions:
- the original 1983 cut "Mountaintop Motel" which played in Southern venues in four-walled theaters with the original ending (which turned up on Dutch VHS)
- the New World Pictures 1986 cut with the ending reshot by the producers three years after production wrapped.
CUTS:
