OVERALL: Blu-ray A
The US 4-Disc CE has the best overall extras, as well as the soundtrack CD.
However note:
- the German "Trick or Treat"/Double Feature and UK editions have minor extras not found on the US edition (in bold the exclusive extras on each edition).
- the extras on the US edition are offered on a DVD and not on a Blu-ray.
Also note the German discs have an additional 0:40 of dubbing credits after the film.
