The US BCI Eclipse "Starlite Drive-In Theater" release has both cuts of the film.
Note the film was originally released in 1963 as "The Madmen of Mandoras". It was reissued for television in 1968 under the title "They Saved Hitler's Brain" with an additional 20 minutes of newly shot footage. -
