The mono track bleeds into the surrounds quite heavily; It plays much better when the AMP is switched to "Straight" confining all sound to the front. -

OVERALL: Blu-ray ALL
The Code Red release has the greater selection of extras; it ports over the interviews from the 2003 Media Blasters R1 DVD* and adds substantial new material. The 88 Films release has it's own more limted substantial extras but they's not as extensive.
* But not the original commentary because that was dropped from the main production run. -
