It is missing some frontal nudity shots that were featured in the US video release (71:40) (the horror cut on the Blu-ray version also trims the masseuse encounter down even farther than it was in the video release, but it probably reflects the French cut of the horror version). -

The Kino and Screenbound DVDs feature English subtitles for the French track, two versions of the film, and extras.
If you are interested in a more "explicit version", then go for the German version from the "X-Rated Kult Video" (only in German). UK release is cut by the BBFC.
General notes:
The film exists in a number of different versions:
(1.) The softcore sex version titled "Female Vampire" in English (~100 minutes), with at least one variation that includes a single hardcore sex shot (released on American VHS under the title "The Loves of Irina"
(2.) The hardcore sex version (~108 minutes) with hardcore inserts featuring Lina Romay and Ramon Ardid added to the softcore scenes
(3.) The horror version in which Irina drinks only blood titled "The Bare Breasted Countess" in English. There are a number of slight variations of this version including a 71 minute French assembly and a slightly longer English version (released on VHS as "Erotikill") running about a minute longer, most of which was the masseuse encounter which bluntly cuts away in the shorter version.
