The Scandinavian edition has the original version of the film and the hardcore German version, the UK, Dutch, Australian, and US DVDs have the softcore reissue, and the German discs have the hardcore version. All have poor picture quality.

GENERAL NOTES:
Originally released as "The Party at Kitty and Stud's" in 1970, the film was picked up by another company in 1978 after the success of "Rocky" and re-edited utilizing outtakes and new narration emphasizing the "Italian Stallion" moniker for Stallone's character. This version was apparently also just a softcore release. The actual hardcore version was the German version which took the re-edited version, redubbed the narration, and inserted scenes from the pornographic film "White Fire".

• R0 Germany- Red Video - Yes, German hardcore version (70:21 PAL)
• R1 America- Cinema Epoch - Yes, 1978 version (66:27 NTSC)
• R2 Germany- Marketing-Film - Yes, two versions: German version with hardcore inserts added to the 1978 re-edit (72:25 PAL) and another German version with some of the sex scenes missing (57:44 PAL) which may be closer to the 1978 softcore version
• R2 Holland- Entertainment Distributie Nederland/Paradiso Home - Yes, 1978 softcore version (66:21 PAL)
• R2 Japan- Orustak - Yes, 1978 version (66:27 NTSC) but optically censored as well
• R2 Scandinavia- Another World Entertainment - No cuts - features the original 1970 version (~81 mins) and the hardcore German version (~77 mins) as an extra
• R2 United Kingdom- Film 2000 - Yes, 1978 reissue (68:10 PAL)
