Blue Underground is the clear winner for the audio commentary and native transfer.
Note that the R2 Network release has some unique extras and both UK versions of the film but it is an NTSC > PAL transfer.
There appear to be four versions of this U.K./West German co-production:
1) The uncut UK version (91 minutes NTSC = 87 minutes PAL).
2) The abridged UK version (82 minutes NTSC = 79 minutes PAL).
3) The B&W US theatrical version (Psycho-Circus) (65 minutes NTSC = 62 minutes PAL).
4) The B&W West German version of the film (89 minutes NTSC = 85 minutes PAL) -
