OVERALL: Draw
If you just want this film, both R0 V.I.P. Entertainment (NTSC) and R2 Anchor Bay UK are good choices.
The UK-release has (forced) English subtitles with the German track, while V.I.P. doesn't have subtitles at all. Also, the UK release is only available in the box set, and 5 out of 8 of the DVDs in the box set are cut by the BBFC.
