OVERALL: Draw
Between the R0 and R2 France editions. They both have an anamorphic transfer, the original mono soundtrack, and a good selection of extra features.
The English-friendly R0 is slightly ahead on the extras, as it includes an audio commentary.
The French edition (which is not English-friendly) has an alternate DD 5.1 soundtrack.
