All have exclusive extras but the German ones are not English-friendly.
Note the Code Red Blu-ray restores a missing scene that was on the Danish VHS and missing from the previous US DVD. For an image showing the missing scene not on the US DVD which is on the Danish VHS, check this thread from our forum. Thanks to Hans-Jørn Reimer for providing this comparison. -
