There are also easter eggs on all of the scene index menu screens. After each one (displaying 1-3, 4-6, 7-9, etc.) cycles through about 3 or 4 times (don't do anything on scene selection, just let them run), a "mini-movie" comes up. Watch them in progression, and it eventually tells the story of Deputy Winston "partying" with a couple of porn stars.
Easter Egg 3:
There´s an easter egg in the movie itself: When you hit the "enter" button during the hospital scene, that leads to Eli Roth introducing the "easter egg" and then showing the scene where Cerina Vincent gets eaten by the "black dog". -
