If you want the best extras, choose one of the CE/SEs or R1 "Deluxe Edition" (which loses the trailers for the film but has a one new extra, which is "Movie scrapbook").
If you're looking for a better transfer (note, that R1 "Deluxe Edition" is also said to be "remastered") and DTS-sound, choose a Superbit release, but avoid the Italian edition because its DTS track is a dubbed Italian version. -
