The US release has English Dolby Atmos and the original 4.0 mix with extensive extras.
The UK release has 5.1 and 2.0 tracks in English and Italian with differing extensive extras.
The German release has its own exclusive extras along with the 2018 remake, though note it only has stereo and mono tracks in English and the Italian track is in 5.1.

GENERAL NOTES:
There are two 4K restorations:
- the German one that appears on the Italian, German, and British UHD editions,
- and the Synapse one approved by cinematographer Luciano Tovoli on the Synapse UHD
The film was released in English with a discrete four channel (LCRS) mix with directional dialogue (a mono mix was also available for theaters that could not handle multi-channel audio). The 5.1 mixes are newer tracks that center the dialogue (Synapse’s Atmos track is based on the 4.0 mix and the 2.0 stereo mixes are downmixed from 4.0, possibly sourced directly from the LPCM track on the American laserdisc). French and Italian theatrical mixes were in mono.
