Avoid the US "Fullscreen" edition as it contains a cropped version of the film. Otherwise all 2-disc editions have the same extras. Only minor language differences.
The US/German Limited Edition releases include both cuts of the film with an exclusive lengthy documentary.
Extended Cut:
The US, UK, Portuguese, and Australian 5-disc Collector's Edition Gift Sets for the bonus disc documentary and English DTS-ES sound. Note the UK edition does not include the easter eggs. Avoid the German Extended Edition as it does not include the English DTS-ES track.
