Initial pressing includes a 44-page booklet featuring new writing on the film by critic Sheila O’Malley and an archive interview with Robert Altman.
Multiple copies of the US release are confirmed to be missing any option from the menu to access the Geoff Andrew introduction, which should be available from the "Play Film" menu option. Arrow has acknowledged the error and provided a replacement when contacted. So far all known replacement discs have been UK copies with UK ratings logos, but the discs are still coded Regions A & B. -
