OVERALL: Draw
The UK and German releases feature the same extras. Note that the German release is not English-friendly on the main series, but is English-friendly on the extras. Also, the German release puts everything on two discs, whilst the UK release uses three discs.
The French release features a different extra, but has forced subtitles on the original soundtrack. Note that it is mostly not English-friendly, but some parts of the extra are in English.
This has also been released in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden by FS Film, but appears to be a barebones release on two discs with subtitles only in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish. -
