Kino has three versions and a commentary while Koch has some exclusive extras, although they are not all English-friendly.
The film exists in a number of versions:
- The European cut (86 minutes).
- The German cut (83 minutes).
- The English export cut which is identical to the version released in the U.K. (81 minutes).
- The American version which adds a sequence with an Oracle setting up the plot, recycles and reshuffles footage, adds narration, an exclusive animated title sequence, and replaces the score with library music (84 minutes).
