GENERAL NOTES:
The film was finished in 2013 but not released until 2018 due to a dispute between the director and producer which resulted in the competing releases of a producuer's cut (~106 minutes) and director's cut (~112 minutes) which feature different voiceovers, some different scene ordering, different visual effects, and differing amounts of screentime for uncredited Johnny Depp.
