The Signature Edition release has 2 cuts of the film and the most special features, but note they don't port over the music video from the older standard releases nor the original theatrical trailer from the standard and SE releases.

Note the US Special Edition have the 13 featurettes as branching options from the film while the others have them as selectable via menu.

It should be also noted the SE releases include 2 additional deleted scenes, but they have added back in to the Signature Edition version of the film.
