OVERALL: Draw
The R0 release from Severin Films (available as a BD/DVD combo) is the best option, with a good range of extra features and an anamorphic transfer of the film which restores the original opening shot and closing credits scroll.
The R2 German -release has some exclusive extra features (which are not English friendly though).
About the other US-releases: Since the film fell into the public domain, it has been available from a number of different labels, many of which are based on VHS transfers. Avoid them all. -
