GENERAL NOTES:
Due to a union strike over a disagreement about the introduction of colour television cameras, the first six episodes were shot in black and white.
The first episode was reshot in colour with two alternate endings: one that connected to black and white episode two (episodes two through six were not aired originally), and one that connected to the colour episode seven. The black and white pilot is lost. Some editions contain an alternate pilot which is the colour pilot with the alternate ending connecting to the colour (if the edition has the black and white episodes 2-7) or connecting to the black and white if they are not included). -
