The US and UK releases for the differing exclusive extras.
Note the BBFC and IMDB lists a runtime of 102 minutes. Monthly Film Bulletin review (August 1964) gives a runtime of 95 minutes. Most likely the 102 minute version was a pre-release cut and was never officially released. -
