The film exists in two primary versions:
- the original Italian version (97 minutes), designated as the director’s approved cut;
- and the American version (90 minutes) - the only English-dubbed version - which is shorter and removes the twist ending but does feature additional nudity with the original actors in some sex scenes.
This film was originally titled "Orgasmo" in Italy but released in the United States as "Paranoia" but is not to be confused with Lenzi's follow-up film titled Paranoia in Italy which was released in the United States as "A Quiet Place to Kill". -
