The UK release has a new uncut transfer with the knee drop, the original red Hong Kong credits (missing for years, they've since been found) and commentary, with the original Cantonese mono track.
The US/Canadian releases have 5.1 and original mono options with some exclusive extras.
The Japanese release has a Cantonese 7.1 track, but uses an older transfer. -
