The film exists in three versions:
- The original 1980 Spanish version "Aberraciones sexuales de una mujer casada" in which the protagonist is named Emmanuelle rather than Cecilia (88 minutes)
- The extended 1982 French / English version with additional scenes directed by actor Olivier Mathot under the name Claude Plaut titled "La Proie Du Desire" (105 minutes).
- A shorter English version titled "Cecilia".
