The UK release has the original seven episodes, with lossless audio and an exclusive documentary.
The US release has exclusive interviews. (The deleted scenes are likely to consist of footage taken out from the original episodes.)
NOTE:
The first pressings of the UK set's DISC ONE featured missing subtitles for the Czech dialogue. A replacement was offered by the BBC as follows:We sincerely apologise for our oversight with the missing English subtitles for the Czech dialogue sections in the Blu-ray release of Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy.
We are correcting this error and offering replacement discs to customers.

- Blu-ray ALL America- Acorn Media - Unknown - US version, cutting the original 7 episodes to 6, altering some of the narration, and reducing some of the runtime. However, this version allegedly runs 324 mins, including recaps and additional titles.
- Blu-ray B United Kingdom- 2 entertain Video - No cuts - original version (317:29 - 25fps).
