The US/Canadian releases have both 3D and 2D versions with lossless surround audio and extras.

Note that none of the releases feature the original Mandarin audio.

Also note that the German Blu-ray apparently has some additional footage, restored from a German 35mm print that was missing from the 3D Film Archive restoration found on the US/Canadian releases. Yet the runtime is somehow longer on the US/Canadian release by 2.5 minutes. Information on the missing/added footage can be found at Movie-Censorship.
