The only version we're currently aware of.

NOTE:
Two episodes are unfortunately lost: "Lord Savill's Crime" and "The Cask of Amontillado".

These episodes are actually a series of disconnected shorts produced by Telewizja Polska between 1967-69 in the Polish language and collected together and dubbed in English by Transworld for distribution in the USA.

It is at this time (1971-72) that the Christopher Lee introductions and the Theatre Macabre was applied (thanks to Tim Lucas for the information).
