The South Korean release is currently the only release we have specs for.
Shorter International Version:
The UK release has a DTS track and an exclusive interview.
The German release has the additional scene from the longer Korean version as an extra. -

- R1 America- Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment - No cuts - International version (101:58 NTSC)
- R2 Germany- Kinowelt Home Entertainment - No cuts - International version (98:17 PAL)
- R2 United Kingdom- Tartan Video - No cuts - International version (98:29 PAL) - Although not cut by the BBFC, it was pre-cut by 90s before submission ("International print"): The Tartan ends with the new kid playing with the turtle, then rowing in the boat, the fading to the Buddha on the mountain overlooking the lake. In the Korean release, before the Buddha there´s an additional sequence (1:39:53 to 1:42:23), showing the boy playing at the pond on the mainland, putting stones into the mouths of the fish, the frog and the snake (info from: DVDBeaver).
