OVERALL: Draw
The US release includes the best extras with the matted theatrical aspect ratio at 2.35:1. Though note a reissued version includes only the 4:3 open matte version.
The Canadian release is open-matte, but includes some unique extras not on any other release, including some deleted scenes.
The French release presents the film in it's OAR of 2.35:1 and includes some additional extras, but the sound is 2.0 stereo only.
The UK (both), Dutch and German also have some different features but the transfers for all of these are open matte at 1.78:1.
NOTE:
The film was shot in Super35 with a matted theatrical aspect ratio of 2.39:1. All of the various DVDs open the matte up to varying degrees with the 1.33:1 versions presenting the full image with mild cropping at the sides. The 2.35:1 opens the sides but crops heavily on the bottom, less on the top (the common top process). -
