The Koch Media release is easily the current best option, for the anamorphic transfer, English-friendly options and the inclusion of a range of contextual material.

R2 Italian -release has anamorphic transfer & two Italian-audio options, but NO English subtitles. R2 Japanese -release has the English audio. Avoid the R1-release at all costs.

- R1 America- Direct Source - Seems to be the cut TV-print, which is at least missing:
  -Extension of a dialogue between Tony Musante and Franco Nero over the sleeping body of a Mexican prostitute, whose naked buttocks Nero uses to illustrate a thesis on the dichotomy between rich and poor.
  -Jack Palance violence to the aerial attack on the village, wherein Curly questions a dying revolutionary, finally placing a grenade into his open mouth and blowing his head off.
